Service
Upaysutra connects you with independent astrologers for paid chat and voice consultations. Sessions are billed per minute from your in-app wallet. Astrologers are not employees of Upaysutra; guidance is for entertainment and personal reflection, not medical, legal, or financial advice.
Accounts & wallet
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Wallet top-ups are non-transferable credits used only on the platform. Misuse, harassment, or chargeback abuse may lead to suspension.
Sessions
You can end a session anytime; billing stops when the session ends. Technical issues should be reported within 24 hours with your session ID. We may record session metadata (duration, charges) for billing and safety.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after notice means acceptance. Disputes are governed by the laws of India, with courts in your billing jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
