Wallet top-ups
Wallet credits are generally non-refundable once added, except where required by law or approved after review.
Session issues
If a session failed due to a platform fault (e.g. could not connect, duplicate charge), contact support within 24 hours with your session ID. We may credit your wallet after investigation.
Not eligible
Dissatisfaction with astrological advice, user-ended sessions, or issues caused by your network/device are not automatic refunds. Abuse of refund requests may limit your account.
How to request
Email support with session ID, amount, and a short description. Approved refunds are returned as wallet credit unless a bank reversal is legally required.
